Required: UUID of the specific record being waived - resolved against parent_record_type morph class

waived_reasonstringRequired

Required: Reason the requirement is being waived - recorded for audit - min 3, max 5000 chars

parent_record_typestringRequired

Required: Morph alias / class string of the specific record being waived - example: document | Modules\Estimate\Models\Estimate

document_requirementstringRequired

Required: UUID of the document_requirement being waived - converted by ConvertUuidToId - must exist and belong to the current tenant
