This endpoint expects a multipart form.
timezone
Optional: IANA timezone name (e.g. America/New_York). When set, all datetime fields in API responses to this user are converted from UTC (storage) to this timezone (display). Falls back to location.timezone, then tenant.timezone, then platform default when null. Validates against PHP timezone:all.
